i-GlooAdvance SuperFluid offers a full on-site supervision service. One of our technicians will assist the installation team, providing support throughout all project stages.
We supply ideal specifications for sand and cement. Upon client request, we sample materials and verify compliance based on project requirements.
As detailed in our installation manuals, i-GlooAdvance SuperFluid screed must be properly ventilated to achieve the perfect result. The manual also provides guidelines for operating radiant heating systems to ensure optimal drying. i-GlooAdvance SuperFluid boasts the best drying performance on the market, both technically and in terms of timing.
Before screed installation, we conduct a second, crucial on-site inspection. All prior services are reviewed and verified, and detailed documentation is compiled.
The release process begins on-site with an analysis of the sand granulometry curve and sampling of materials for compressive and flexural strength testing. It concludes with moisture measurement using a carbide hygrometer. Finally, a full warranty release certificate is issued. Each project is fully insured up to €10,000,000.
