DisperGloo-908 is designed for the following applications:

  • A wetting and dispersing additive specifically designed for solvent-based automotive pigment concentrates.

  • Works exceptionally well for stabilizing fine particle carbon blacks and organic pigments, particularly in two-pack PU and baking systems.

  • Suitable for Coatings Industry

  • Inorganic pigments: 10-15% Titanium dioxide 5-6% Organic pigments 30-90% \tCarbon blacks: 70-140%

  • For optimal results, incorporate the additive into your millbase before adding pigments.

  • Start by mixing your resin and solvent components, then slowly add the additive while stirring continuously to ensure even distribution.

  • Only add pigments after the additive is fully dispersed.

  • If needed, you can add this product later to fix problematic batches.

  • Just remember that post-addition requires gradual introduction under high shear forces for proper integration.
