DisperGloo-908 is designed for the following applications:
A wetting and dispersing additive specifically designed for solvent-based automotive pigment concentrates.
Works exceptionally well for stabilizing fine particle carbon blacks and organic pigments, particularly in two-pack PU and baking systems.
Suitable for Coatings Industry
Inorganic pigments: 10-15% Titanium dioxide 5-6% Organic pigments 30-90% \tCarbon blacks: 70-140%
For optimal results, incorporate the additive into your millbase before adding pigments.
Start by mixing your resin and solvent components, then slowly add the additive while stirring continuously to ensure even distribution.
Only add pigments after the additive is fully dispersed.
If needed, you can add this product later to fix problematic batches.
Just remember that post-addition requires gradual introduction under high shear forces for proper integration.
