    ViscoFluid 2XXE is a New Generation Polyelectrolytes Based co-polymer based superplasticizer particularly developed for use in the precast industry to give high workability at low water: • binder ratioswith normal setting times. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

  • Dispensing

    This is a ready-to-use admixture that should be added to the concrete as a separate component. For the best results, add it to the concrete mix immediately after the first 80% of the mixing water has been introduced—when all solids are properly wetted. Avoid adding the admixture directly to dry aggregates.

  • Recommended dosage

    The recommended dosage ranges from 0.3% to 2. 0% by weight of the binder or 0.13% to 0.2% by weight of the total mix mass. However, the exact dosage may vary based on mix design, raw materials, climatic conditions, and specific concrete requirements. It is essential to conduct trial mixes to determine the optimal dosage for your application.
