Description

    ViscoFluid ARE 5X7 M (Admixture Controlled Energy) consists of a range of innovative superplasticisers based on newly developed New Generation Polyelectrolytes Based co-polymer. The particular molecular configuration of ViscoFluid ARE 5X7 M accelerates the cement hydration by exposing increased surface of the cement grains to react with water. Asa result, it is possible to obta in earlier development of the heat of hydration, rapid development of the hydration products and, as a result, higher strengths achievement at very early age. The polymer structure of ViscoFluid ARE 5X7 M is specially designed to improve the rheology of precast concrete, making it very flowable and low viscous even at very low water/cement ratio, without increasing stickiness. Robustness is a distinctive feature of the precast concrete produced with ViscoFluid ARE 5X7 M. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions. Zero Energy System is based on a combination of the latest ViscoCrete® superplasticisers and advanced self-compacting concrete technology. The Zero Energy System has been developed to help the precast concrete producer to rationalize hisproduction process and save on energy costscomb ined with improved quality of the product and the working conditions.
