Description
- ViscoFluid LL 3X7X is an innovative generation superplasticiser based on polycarboxylic polymers and is specially engineered for ready-mix and precast concrete to achieve extended workability retention without affecting the early strength of the concrete. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions. ViscoFluid LL 3X7X is differentiated from conventional superplasticisers, such as those based on sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde condensate. ViscoFluid LL 3X7X is based on unique carboxylic with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process the same electrostatic dispersion occurs but the presence of the lateral chains, l inked to the polymer backbone, generate a steric hindrance which stabilises the cement particles capacity to separate and disperse. This mechanism provides flowable concrete with greatly reduced water dem and. Suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

Dispensing
This is a ready-to-use admixture that should be added to the concrete as a separate component. For the best results, add it to the concrete mix immediately after the first 80% of the mixing water has been introduced—when all solids are properly wetted. Avoid adding the admixture directly to dry aggregates.
